My name is Todd Pankratz and my wife’s name is Nicole. We have been married for 13 years and in love for 19. We are proud parents to 3 children. Connor (19) graduated from high school and had the ambition to move to Utah all on his own. He loves outdoor motorsports and aspires to major in Business in College. Darien (12) is extremely artistic and recently started her own business; designing handbags and clutches made of recycled Capri Sun containers. She sews them herself and markets them on a website she created and also in a local boutique. Cambria (Cami ((11)) loves animals and some day would like to be a Veterinarian. I’ve been a Loan Originator since 2001. I spent the first year and a half brokering loans. Long enough to quickly realize that Mortgage Banking is where I belong. I found a home with Wallick & Volk in 2008, a company (a family really) that matched and mirrored my personal business culture. I grew up working in the farming industry. Superb work ethic, common sense, and treating our clients as we would like to be treated, is the simplest combination to finding mutual success with every loan transaction.
